Take a survey from Columbia Medical School

From our friends at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center: We would like your input on a mediation-based intervention that could reduce stress and improve quality of life.

The survey’s purpose is to learn more about:
1) Your experience living with or caring for someone with a brain tumor
2) Your thoughts on meditation and other types of interventions to reduce stress
3) How to design an intervention to best meet the needs of people living with a brain tumor or caring for someone with one.

Your participation is voluntary and responses are anonymous. There are separate questions for people living with brain tumors and those who support them. The survey should take about 15 minutes. Thank you!
